“ Lol — I find it funny that people will rate airport food within the same standard as a normal restaurant. I have a lot of family and friends who have worked in the airlines/at airports and the amount of security clearance and movement people and things (food, everything) is extensive. Please take the quality of ANYTHING you find at the airport with a gd grain of salt!!! All that said ... I frequent DTW and have to go to the end of the terminal for United flights. This is the only spot and it’s very, very chill. Can always count on getting a quick drink here before the flight and not feeling like I won’t be waited on. The bar is always clean. They have outlets so you can plug in and charge up. They also have a steel pan player every so often and he sounds GREAT! Don’t know who this dude is but bravo to you, sir. Come here for a snack. I’ve only ever had the starters — guac, chips, etc. — and I haven’t been disappointed. But again, I’m keeping my standards realistic. ”
